I’m exploring the idea of starting a guided movement wellness group and would love to sense whether there’s interest.
The group would run as a 5-week course, beginning with an introductory session. It’s open to all bodies, and no prior movement experience is needed. The movement is guided, but it emerges from the people in the space, allowing each person to move in ways that feel responsive and supportive.
To run the course, I’ll need a minimum commitment of 6 people, so for now this is simply an invitation to register interest.
