Get in touch
I offer online psychotherapy for adults across the UK, from my practice in rural Cheshire.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, particularly if you’re used to managing things on your own or putting other people first.
You don’t need to have the perfect words or know exactly what you want to say. You can simply tell me a little about what has brought you to therapy and what you are looking for.
Making contact
If you think my approach might be right for you, the first step is to complete the enquiry form below.
You’re welcome to include any questions you have about therapy or working with me. I’ll answer these when I respond to your enquiry, usually within 2 working days.
You can also download my therapy information pack, which explains more about my approach, practical arrangements and what you can expect.
If, from your enquiry, it seems that my approach may be a good fit for what you’re looking for, we can arrange a consultation session.
The consultation session
The first appointment is a consultation session, rather than a commitment to ongoing therapy.
It gives us an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you are hoping for and whether my way of working feels appropriate for you. We can also consider anything that may be important for us to know before deciding whether to work together.
The consultation is a chance for both of us to get a sense of whether we are a good fit. There is no expectation that you will decide to continue with therapy simply because you have had a consultation.

You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you need or have everything worked out.
