Welcome
I offer gentle, compassionate therapy for adults who feel weighed down by low mood, self-doubt, or the pressure to put others first. You may find yourself people-pleasing, struggling to speak up, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Therapy can be a space to explore these struggles and begin to create change at your own pace.
Perhaps you have landed on this page because things aren’t going well for you and you want to look at things another way. It could be your body is telling you something is not right. If you are finding that the things that used to work for you no longer do, it seems logical that more of the same is not going to get you somewhere different.

A safe space for you
My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I don’t have ready-made answers — instead, I walk alongside you, holding space for your feelings and gently exploring new possibilities together. We’ll pay attention to both mind and body, noticing how emotions are carried and finding ways to release what feels stuck.
Taking the first step
Reaching out can feel daunting, but you don’t need to have the perfect words to begin. Simply making contact is enough. If something here resonates with you, I’d be glad to hear from you.

Ready to take the next step?
Starting therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re struggling with low mood, self-doubt, or people-pleasing, reaching out could be the beginning of meaningful change.
I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore at your own pace and begin to find new ways forward.
