Mindful Movement
Mindful movement is an invitation to bring awareness to your body as you move. Rather than focusing on how movement looks or getting it “right”, these practices encourage curiosity about your own experience — noticing sensations, breath, rhythm, impulses and the choices you make as you move.
You might explore gentle, everyday movements, more expressive movement, or simply notice what happens when you bring your attention to your body. There is no right or wrong way to move, and you can adapt or pause whenever you need to.
Take your time, explore at your own pace, and notice what feels meaningful for you.
