Self-care isn’t about adding another list of things you should be doing. It can begin with something much simpler: pausing, noticing what you need and finding small ways to support yourself.
These resources offer gentle invitations to explore rest, boundaries, connection, pleasure and the things that help you feel nourished. You can dip into them whenever they feel useful, choosing what feels right for you and leaving what doesn’t.
Self-care is not about doing more. Sometimes it is about listening more closely to yourself.
